Hill Staytion acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. While we handpick every property, each stay is also subject to the specific house rules of the individual villa.

To make a booking through Hill Staytion, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. When you submit a booking request:

• You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• A booking is only confirmed once the full payment or required deposit is received.
• Occupancy must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for the villa.
• Hill Staytion reserves the right to cancel any booking that violates our safety protocols.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Pricing is dynamic and may vary based on demand, seasonality, and special offers. Once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change unless there is a modification to the booking details requested by the guest.

Guests are expected to treat the properties with respect. This includes adhering to check-in/check-out times, maintaining the property's condition, and respecting the local community and neighbors (especially regarding noise levels).

Any damage caused to the property during the stay will be the financial responsibility of the guest who made the booking.

Hill Staytion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or your stay at any property. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, utility failures, or government restrictions.
